We’ll work together to build a service that fits with your organisations needs. Looking at the gaps in your existing provision and tailoring our products to your needs.
Service planning
Working together, we will thoughtfully plan your organisations migration to our service. Taking into account the needs of the staff and your business processes.
Migration and delivery
Working in partnership, your team will be inducted into our services, for example, we’ll show your team how to access support and give them confidence that they can rely on our knowledgeable and experienced technicians.
Monthly ICT review
Each month, we’ll work with you to review your ICT data. For example, we’ll provide an overview of why staff are accessing our support and how we can work together to change systems and processes to reduce the impact of ICT challenges and faults for your team.
At this meeting, we will review security and reassure you that systems are running smoothly. This is also an opportunity to plan for longer term projects and work towards your security accreditations such as Cyber Essentials.
