Our Essentials Support Package will provide you with everything you need to receive the highest quality IT support. We base this on the number of staff in your organisation.
Our essential support package includes the following:
- 1 month free help desk support
- RMM and Antivirus for all compatible devices.
- Remote monitoring and management
- Antivirus
- Remote access to live support
- Unlimited access to our service desk for all staff.
- Emergency phone line for admin and senior staff.
- Management of internal network, including Router, WAPS, Firewall.
- Monthly checks for firmware patches on network hardware
- Management of Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace
- Patching and updates for computers in the RMM system.
- Monthly meeting with your Power UP IT account manager.
- On site support and installations packages are available as an add-on
Our high-quality tools and systems mean we can deliver the essential support package remotely, meaning we can offer you our best prices whilst maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
Additional charges for multiple sites and more complex onsite infrastructure (eg. servers) will apply. An onboarding fee may apply depending on the scope and complexity of services required. This will be discussed and finalised in collaboration with you during the formal proposal and planning phase.
